Shipping & Return Policy
Following shipping charges are added to your merchandise total. Georgia residents also add 7% sales tax. During business days, in stock items are shipped within 24 hours after you place an order. The orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Service. It usually delivers within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. If you must have the item within next day,or second day or third day then the following shipping methods are also available for you. We will adjust the shipping charge to your merchandise order. Please remember shippings are made during business days not weekends. Shipments for next day delivery made on Fridays would be delivered on Mondays not Saturdays. Saturdays deliveries are also available on certain areas by Fedex with an additional charge of about $ 10.00 added to next day delivery charges. If the item you ordered is in back order, then we will ship it within 7 days. Either way, you will be notified by e-mail to inform you the availability and delivery schedule of your order. Please include your e-mails when placing an order. International orders will be billed actual shipping charges. Upon request, we can inform you the actuall shipping charges prior to ordering. We usually ship USPS AIR PARCEL which is the most economical way of shipping. To most destinations, it will deliver within 2 weeks. WE can also ship fedex or any other carrier upon request.
RETURN POLICY: Our policy is unconditional satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you can either return the merchandise for refund or exchanges. Special and group orders are final sales!! For exchanges, there is a a reshipment of $ 6.00. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. International orders will be charged exact shipping charges on exchanges. Please return the merchandise via USPS with delivery confirmation, Fedex, or UPS where you can trace the returns. - Made within 30 days of purchase date.
- In original condition with original packaging and tags still attached.
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged. Please do not use the shoe box as a package by placing the stamps on it.
- Included with a copy of the invoice and note informing us what to do.
- Due to health reasons, open tights are not returnable for refunds or exchanges.
